Making journeys more cost-effective, eco-friendly and efficient,New website HorseboxHub has launched today, promising to streamline the process of transporting horses across the UK and Europe – for both owners and transporters. An industry first, HorseboxHub will enable horse transporters to advertise their empty return journeys in one place, giving horse owners the option to choose a cheaper and more environmentally conscious way to move their horse.
In addition, horse owners can submit details of their journey into the HorseboxHub platform to receive quotes from horse transporters in real-time. This means that if an empty return load is unavailable on the day of their desired journey, they can instead receive quotes from a wide range of horse transporters – simplifying the way that quotes are obtained.
HorseboxHub’s straightforward platform enables horse owners to quickly request quotes, which will then be delivered straight to their inbox, eliminating the need to approach multiple transporters.
For horse transporters, they can now access a wider range of job offers than ever before, as well as being able to monetise their empty return journeys. Until now, the only way for empty loads to be maximised would be when responding to individual customer requests or advertising them across multiple social media channels. However, the HorseboxHub platform lists these backloads in real-time on the homepage of the website for all to view in one place.
The website is completely impartial and not affiliated with any horse transport company. In addition, it requests that all horse transporters provide relevant DEFRA information required for transporting equines, and that all horse transporters and owners follow social distancing measures set up by the UK Government in response to the Covid-19 outbreak.
