PARA-DRIVERS TO BENEFIT FROM RACEDAY

The Carriage Driving Sports Group for Drivers with Disabilities (CDSGdd) is one of two charities to benefit from a Countryside Raceday to be held on Friday 20 April at Southwell Racecourse.

The Raceday card will include a Charity Flat Race and a Hunter Chase while other attractions will feature lurcher racing and a Parade of Hounds. Following the racing, live band ‘Wild Wood’ will entertain guests with classic songs from the likes of David Grey, Paul Weller, Gnarles Barkley and the Beatles.

Gates open at 3.20pm and the First Race sets off at 5.20pm. Admission prices start from just £11.00 per adult and accompanied under-18’s are admitted free of charge. Tickets are also available for a meal in the Marquee which will raise additional funds for the two charities, CDSGdd and The Hunt Staff Benefit Society.
